Jonathan Stowaway

Jonathan M Stowaway (Born August 1, 1995) is a retired surfer, and a promised figure residing in Kent, Ohio. He is employed at Better Goons Games and volunteers whenever possible. A rookie up and coming surfer turned tragedy. He has known Phineas Bauble for 3 years, as they met in Geometry class at Kent State University.

Early Life

Stowaway was born in Huntington Beach, California, on August 1, 1995, the son of Geralt Stowaway and former professional surfer Robyn Stowaway. In his youth, Stowaway would spend his time at the beach, learning about different currents. His family took pride in the art of surfing, and would often compete in local surfing competition.

Stowaway would be an intermediate surfer by the time he was 14, and excelled at the age of 19. He would win many medals to line his walls, making his family proud.

The Accident

On June 15, 2017, Stowaway would suffer a terrible tragedy while casually surfing on his regular coast. Around 6:30 pm, Stowaway would be seen falling off his surf board. His sister, who was sat on the beach, noticed he hadn't surfaced after around 45 seconds. Just then, the general crowd was shuffling onto shore. A supposed shark had been spotted in the water. After the lifeguards had located Stowaway, he was rushed to the nearest hospital, a shark attack had left him with no legs. His parents would pick up his sister at the beach to meet the helicopter at the hospital.

After many months of surgeries, Stowaway made a recovery, albeit, will never walk again. He was bound to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. In the incoming years, Stowaway would enter a downward spiral, delving into a life of depression and drugs.

Enrollment in Kent State

In 2020, after an accidental overdose, Stowaway vowed to his loved ones that he would turn his life around. Stowaway had decided to go to college, to pursue Physical Therapy. After surfing the web at his computer, he saw an ad for Kent State University. He applied and got into the undergraduate program. He packed his bags, and moved to Kent, Ohio. He is still enrolled to this day.
