Sigmund Shirley

Sigmund Shirley (born December 28th, 1991) is an accomplished metallurgist who earned his M.S. in Materials Science at Kent State University, located in his hometown of Kent, Ohio, where he currently resides. During his time at the university, Shirley became a colleague and close friend of William Pepper before the two had a falling out due to unknown circumstances.
