William Nicklaus Pepper (born April 7, 1979), also known as Dr. Pepper, is a British bio-scientist who's true goals are unknown. Pepper co-founded the Bauble Coalition with Phineas Bauble.

Pepper was born and raised in Birmingham, England. He grew up with a fascination for flora and fauna, influencing him to become the bio-scientist he is today.
Pepper attended school in England before moving to the United States to study abroad. There, he would attend Kent State University. He would earn his PhD and decide to become a citizen of the United States.
