TakeTuah Financial Holdings Co. was created by Idris Instagram in December 2007 right before the 2008 financial crisis. As a result, his company struggled from the get go with an uphill battle to success.

On December 24, 2012 TakeTuah acquired the hit game Roabloux created by Jedediah Underscoar for 1.5 million USD.
